Have you ever trapped or found a feral or a semi-feral cat? The Cat Wrangler says that ANY cat can be tamed if you have a love for animals and a huge amount of patience. Get some tips from the Cat Wrangler himself on how to tame the wildest of cats.

  • man this is 100% true and it's worked for me over the years, especially the part about not flinching or pulling back when you are scratched. i found when they realize they aren't in control it's vital for them to have that feeling met with the sense that you are purely benevolent. if you accidently make eyecontact make sure to squint and look away calmly! squinting is like saying "im not a threat" and later it's a sign of calm friendliness!

    awesome video dude

  • @GalactusNJ Thanks for the kind comments! I knew this video would not get a huge number of views but I get asked often how I so easily (!!!) tame feral cats and I wanted to attempt to lay out the essentials. I suppose I need to make a couple of followup videos to include all the stuff I had to leave out when editing the original one for time. To really fully teach someone how to tame a feral cat it would take 5-6 hours of video so I have to really butcher the edits to make the material fit.
