START WITH HANDS DOWN IN FISTS
(no air pockets!)
1 - bend down to floor; hands on gound in front of you.
2 - pop out to right split with hands still on ground
3 - hands swing up to high 'v' in fists
4- hold
5 - hands come back to the ground; begin switch.
6 - complete switch to left split
7 - hands swing up to high 'v' in fists
8- hold
1- hands return to ground; begin to pop legs in
2 - legs in, crouching down still; hand on ground in fists
3 - stand up straight, hands by your side in fists.
is that crestwood community middle in west palm?
