Hogan, Savage, Flair, Stone Cold. These are the iconic characters that wrestling is lacking now. Now Vince is forced to create "really stupid ass" story lines to pre hype matches. Sure, we got John Cena and some others with talent to draw crowds, but it's not even half the energy those 4 created in the old days. Stone Cold was the last true iconic cash machine character of all of wrestling. Rock/Cena are together only half of what Stone Cold was in popularity.

wow, with promos like this, with intensity like this, you don't need giant storylines of kindapping the GM, or becoming the CEO of WWF. even at the end, Macho's sorta upset, like it's genuinely tearing him up inside to have to go against someone who lied to him about loving him like a brother. Hate and love so close together coiled up tightly inside.
