My latest investment of 25 euros got me these babys, speakers included! Video shot with a Nokia N73 so quality isn't great, I'll do a new one when I get my camera back.

These are from around 1983-1984.

Sony STR-VX10L tuner amplifier
Sony TC-FX25 cassette deck
Sony PS-LX22 turntable
OR Maestro 350 speakers

  • A big thanks. I now recall I had this system. Loved the way I could put the tonearm directly on the record, no cueing around. What needle type did it take. Great unit it came with. Any idea of the vintage ?

  • @Topicarmno I think it's from around 1983, since the amp already has a CD/AUX switch.

  • Pep Shop Boys great song and nice stereo too

  • wow i wish i had that

  • that's a great find. i bought that very cassette deck today for 6.99. i wasn't expecting too much considering it's lower end. but i was very surprised, even sony's lower end stuff was still very solidly built, back then. it sounds great and makes a great tape.

  • If its a Sony,that's for shure it's good!

  • me too and I've also a Sony Hi Fi System

  • Love the stereo, I'm a huge Sony fan.
