Canine Struvite nephrolithiasis resolved with Royal Canin SO diet

5yr FS Pug with severe struvite/triple phosphate urolithiasis diagnosed by urolith analysis after cystotomy surgery. At the time of surgery there were also severe nephroliths measuring 2.1cm & 2.7cm respectively in each kidney. Surgical removal was not elected and dietary dissolution with Royal Canin SO diet was initiated. 3 months after diet change, recheck ultrasound was performed and the results are displayed.
