@SherwoodKaye I remember this was one of 5 "Ladder" songs you guys played in Toledo, OH at the sports center...which at the time was an unusually high roster of new songs considering only Open Your Eyes and Children of Light appeared on the previous tour (1997-98). Sadly, when you played The River, I was in the men's bathroom; Face to Face followed but I was in the concession line for another round of Dr. Pepper. ;)

Jesus is coming back to bring peace but first He will destroy the wicked & every wicked thing & even this Earth wich has been corrupted with sin. Then He will create a new Earth & a new Heaven also.We will reign will Christ in absolute peace,love & righteousness! @Ears14U I wrote this music {verses & chorus} when I was 16, I tried getting my old band "Lodgic" to play it back in the day but they always said "it's too much like YES"... so when I finaly joined YES I thought this song might just work and so I presented it in the writing sessions in Van Couver BC, for The Ladder. Jon wrote all the lyrics and they are beautiful :) I didn't write the music for the bridge, that came mostly from Steve.

Really nice song, I almost break out in tears. Can this world be so corrupt? where are we? This band makes me BELIEVE.
