Read your fricking Constitution. It's CONGRESSS that can't pass retroactive legislation. The idea of a "retroactive" court ruling is nonsense, because they don't change the law, they only interpret it.

We have rebounded from worse times, and we will again, because patriots still live. Many have been in denial, but the masses are awakening. The United Kingdom is also going through many of the same issues, sacrificing liberty for a false sense of security. Don't live in denial, liberty can only be held by constant vigilance.
