Wow dude, perfect. Now I knw wut DEfragmenting means. this helped alot.
But are there differences with defragging programs? How could one do better than the other?

There will be differences in how different software defragements data (such as storing as much data to the left as possible, whilst others sticking contiguous files together, others both, for example), but nothing 'major'.
