Tales of Symphonia NG Speedrun Segment 3

REALLY EXCITING SEGMENT!

Just running, the enemies in the forest like to wait right around the corner and jump you, luckily they didnt this time. I dont think you can do it much faster... Not much to say about this one.

This is a four player Tales of Symphonia speedrun, segmented into many parts for the sake of optimization. This speedrun is intended to be submitted to Speed Demos Archive (www.speeddemosarchive.com) and is not to be copied or redistributed by anyone besides the four runners.

why did you get genis's title for his sister thing? I know its a speed run but it's for the same reason as getting colletes

Colette's title raises STR, her most important stat. Also, Colette is important for all of Sylvarant. Genis is only used when we have to, so getting him titles and weapons is a waste of time. Also, the 'Brotherly Love' title ups his HP and DEF at level up, and INT is all that matters for him.

I had no idea Lloyd actually ran that fast without Personal...my Gamecube controllers were bought on launch day and saw a lot of SSBM play, so the stick were so worn that he ran at about half that speed. I had to equip Personal just to solve that one boulder puzzle in the mines, and I couldn't get Gold on some on-foot missions in Rogue Squadron III...sad I know...

Yea I just realized that after I saw more of the run. you don't use genis at all, unless you had too and like you said you only used him when you had too. even spells are at a minimum.
