If you found Laura Mercier Primer smell strange,it means it is expired as I have the same feeling as you before. But I found that the strange small is caused by its expiry! Please note it only lasts for 6 month for uses after opened and it also shows on its packaging with logo"6M". I am using it now and should have no any smell if it uses within 6 months. Hope this info help you. :)

Hi Erica, if you find Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer (original formula) too "greasy", you might want to try the Photo Finish Light. Personally, the light formula is so much better -- it leaves your skin silky without the "greasy" feeling. It's worth a try! Hope this helps. :)

I'm using Smashbox photofinish , it's only $14 in USA,(small bottle), $28 (big) if you have any FA frds, can ask them to buy from Dutyfree, even cheaper!

Hi Erica, I use toner + essence + this primer, but it comes out like 擦子膠碎. Anything wrong with this procedure? Is there any other medium-priced primer you could recommend for combination skin for summer use?
