Orchestrating a New Concert of Powers
In any future "concert of powers", the old guard -- United States, Japan and the EU -- would be expected to work alongside a new guard, representing either resource rich or large developing economies, to address global and regional challenges.

Could such a concert of power strategy provide international security, ensure regional stability and improve global governance?
