Stanley Roberts is a reporter and this was a news cast. Headlights aren't just so you can see but so other people can see you. Cars in cloudy rainy days blend in and are hard to see. Next time you're out in such weather, especially on the freeway, look in the mirror and see the difference. This law is not against civil rights. It's against inconsiderate people who cause injuries or death. (Why not just drive at night with no headlights? In most places there's enough light to see the road.)

I would wager that the guy reporting on this has plenty of his own skeltons in his closet that he doesnt want pointed out to the public and is just being a hipocritical ass.

It's a typical liberal law that basically tells you how to think and fines you when you thin for your self. It's a stupid law to do nothing more than create revenue.

Got news for you, i could see well over 1000ft in some of your clips. WTF do you bother reporting this petty ass shit!?
