ive got a question of the valves possition according of their ratting for example: ive got two pairs of 6l6 Groove Tube, one pair is from rating 3 and the other pair is from rating 2 so i dont know in what possition should i put them A or B:

@MetalFTWin No. Those are fuses. They protect your machine from power surges. Marshall power amps usually have what looks like a cube with a small slot for a flat head in it inside the circuit board.

I have a Marshall 9100, and on the back it says "Mains Fuse" and "HT Fuse" which has a flat screwdriver slot. Is this the biasing?

I think you mean milliamps. 35 milliamps of plate current.
