  • I love Beach Boys forever

  • Great song! Love it! The whole album sounds great to me!

  • Like the uk version with the different lyrics , vocals and funky chord changes but cheesy vocals asidehere ...it's very BB

  • A life-long BB fan from the 60s. Seen them in concert for 4 decades. They needed to pack it in by the early 70s. Their glory was in the 60s, esp. b/f Brian really screwed himself up.

Nobody could match their excitement and sound in concert in the 60s. No bells and whistles, no special effects, no theatrics...just fantastic, positive BB music that brought you to your feet.

  • This song sucks, so chessy, Mike Love crap

  • @donaustadt

As much as I love Carl Wilson's voice...it can't fix "Walking in the Sand". When they changed the basic beat and production of this classic song, it ruined it. So...I agree what you said about it. RIP Carl.

  • I love this! What an awesome tune to start Spring for me!

  • Sounds like Kokomo but is a song!!!! In my opinion is contagius like Kokomo is the 4th time in a hour that I hear thi song

  • This is like a Remake of KOKOMO

  • @Landrew120880 Good lord they didn't even try for this one. You can almost hear mike going "Just throw on the kokomo drum loop we'll sing about an island or something maybe a girl, summer guitars, here's my lyrics I got it bad, lets harmonize good...good...it's really really lame...it's non-descript and doesn't even have the catchiness that is the only positive quality of Kokomo...PERFECT! I have ruined one of the greatest bands in the world. Beautiful. Release this album. It's perfect."
