Net Detective is a complete scam!I sign up and paid $29 for the service. I searched for 7 people and only got results for 1. So I upgraded my account for another $10 to see if that would help. Because they said it might. Still nothing. I emailed them the very next day to ask for my money back since they have a 90-day money back guarantee, they will not give it to me. not any of it. so i just wasted almost $40 for nothing. I cant get a penny back and im not receiving the service i signed up for!

Net Detective is a scam. I will be contacting the State of IL Attorney General Internet Consumer Fruad Division and the equivalent angency with the State of FL (their Headquaters). I will also file a complaint with the BBB. They refuse to issue a refund or remedy the problem.
Their data is junk and it's a bait and switch scam. Their advertsing is misleading.

This is a complete scam...do NOT order it. They are very hard to work with on cancelling accounts. If you order it, trust me it is very likely that you will have to have your bank change your account numbers so it is finally stopped.
This company is guilty of fraud.
