hmmm i think its very possible man...jarrett jack is gone, steve blake is their other PG, i can see it happening. brandon roy will still be a facilitator on the offense so bayless and roy could definitely work as a backcourt man, i'm excited to see that.

i didn't forget about him but he'll get his minutes when needed. maybe they'll shift blake to a backup shooting guard since he's a decent 3-point shooter.

Portland is a playoff team this year if Oden can play up to his Potential. Aparrently I read he added 30lbs of upper body strength so having Oden in the low post is gonna be crazy. Portland traded the rights to Omar Asik to Chicago for three second round picks(Knicks09,Denver09,Bulls1­0) Also with the acquisition of Nikolas Batum I feel the Blazers have so much young talent they are creating a great oppourtunity to become an NBA dynasty somewhere down the road. As for next season I see playoffs

right on point man...oden is goin to be a solid center in the league...i don't expect all the all-star appearances but i know he'll be a solid double-double every night. portland should be in the playoffs next yr, they improved so much and i'm happy for them...they stay healthy, forget it. don't forget they got ike diogu in the trade with indiana, he's goin to be a good cleanup man for them cuz they needed that. now they better put some nationally televised games of portland.

Yeah with the trade to get bayless made them a contender for biggest winner of this draft but when they got rudy fernandez which they acquired from the suns(which why the hell why did steve kerr do that?) it made them hands down the winners of this draft

Okay, I'm a Lakers fan but I got to say the blazers in my opinion were the biggest winner of this draft. Bayless is a great player. I hope the blazers can get rid of raef the guy who makes 11 mil a year.

he will be the 4th best player on the team but imo blake will be in the starting 5. even thouhg bayless compliments roy better, blake's experience will favor him. btw, i would start bayless over blake, but it's not my decision ;)

Right...you forgot about Rudy Fernandez. Even though he was part of last year's draft, they didn't get his rights until now. He is going to shoot the lights out. And as far as being a playoff team, forget the youth. They are so talented, they are going to challenge for the WC Finals. Mark it.
