鐵線拳 (硬気功の型) Iron Wire Fist (Cultivation of Internal energy)

鐵線拳 (Tit Sin Kuen)は南少林のカンフーにある独特な気功の型です。様々な動きに合わせて発声し、体中から気を発生させるのが特徴です。筋骨を鍛えるのと同時に五蔵（５つの内蔵器官­）も鍛え健康を促進します。

鐵線拳
鐵線拳一名, 即剛中帶柔的意思, 全個套路, 可分兩部份: 鐵線拳和三展拳, 當兩套拳一起練習時, 即叫鐵線三展拳. 鐵線拳主要是健身作用, 演練時必須配合特殊發聲, 以氣催力, 節節運勁, 以達到外練根肌, 內修五藏, 之目的.
