@Nunawading store, VIC.
Sorry about the camera/photo quality, the phone is ancient :P
I was at the Nunawading store in Victoria, arrived at 6am, no one was around. Came back at 7.45am and joined the queue of 10 people. By 9am, there were about 50 people lined up.
Then I rushed in, straight to the keyboards - no G19s on the shelf! Sprinted to the Wii section, grabbed a couple of titles, then pushed my way through and grabbed a handful of PC games. Then leisurely got a Wii Tower Organiser and a Fitness Mat about 15 minutes later as I watched the crowd comb the shelves for anything good. Included in my handful was Kirby's Epic Yarn and Sonic Colours, both discounted and both the Wii games I came for. Also grabbed The Witcher 2 Premium Edition off the PC shelf amongst the scramble, awesome deal!
To clarify, the shelves were still full when I went in, there was no signs that the staff had really taken anything much at all. There were even Xbox 360 consoles (I don't know how many, just saw a couple of people carrying boxes). I got everything I wanted, besides the rare G19 keyboards which might have been out the back if I had the time to inquire.
Overall, despite the masses of disappointed customers in-store and online, I am really pleased with the couple of deals I managed to get. Good sale for those who made it early!
A couple of great deals I saw (and left for someone else to grab):
$5 LA Noire on X360/PS3
$10 Deus Ex HR PC
$5 Assassin's Creed 2 x360
