A friend motorized his TFT-screen for his carpc. The goal was to hide the screen when it's not in use.

  • @604autosound: The motor is a small servo-motor which is used for r/c model cars, boats etc. The end stop was removed and also the electronics. What remained is the dc-motor and gears. An additional coverplate might be possible but that would make it much more complicated.

  • Cool, very nice!

  • Wow, well done. I'm hoping to add a cheap display to my car pc sometime in the spring.
