its a once or twice occurance. what do you expect. soldiers are people. we put our pants on like everyone else in the morning. Some people go bad, and as for civilians, some people get in the way. Yes,a few soldiers have done that.But mostly it was done by Iraqis as well.

And the Iraqi civies were either:A)killed by the Iraqi Army;B)killed by terrorist;or C)terorist themselves.

Also remember,that is a place where there is a lot of racial violence.If one can kill a child because they happen to be a Sunni,then one will.
