I call her a moderate racist because from what I've read, I don't categorize her racism as that of people like hardcore white supremacists like the KKK.
@Bluebelle9289 ...how does that make her moderately racist? Just because you don't "tolerate" it in the workplace doesn't make it "moderate"...racism is racism no matter where it occurs...(maybe I misunderstood your comment...)
I never attended Catholic school. I didn't ever actually have a formal Catholic sex education. I actually formed my own values (after I sort of fell away from Catholicism) and when I saw that my values were affirmed by Catholic Doctrine I had a 'born again' moment.
How are they given the "go head" attitude at a public school when given condoms? What were the kids taught prior to being given the condoms? Are they actually taught everything prior to being given the condoms? Are they told that condoms are only about 80% to 90% effective if used correctly?
Not necessarily. If receiving their education from a Public school, then yes, they will be given condoms and a 'go ahead' attitude. However, students receive sexual education in other ways, such as the ghastly Catholic education, which teaches them not only how sex is preformed, but also what it means and why it is sacred. They are told sex is good, too good to misuse. I'm one of those people who teach that. I just don't regret my lack of sexual partners.
Now, I was to just point out that I'm Catholic. Catholics like sex. Catholics probably like sex and have more sex than any other sect. I am not anti-sex. What it is I'm addressing is people misusing sex in a way that can ultimately not only take away future sexual satisfaction, but harm their emotional, physical and mental development. I simply believe sex education can be done is a different way. I don't want ppl to think I'm anti-sex when they read these.
I've researched otherwise, but arguing about sources won't point out the issue: it's the fact that over the entire country sex has been giving a different air. Everyone is watching the same tv shows, everyone is listening to the same music, so everyone is being influenced in the 'pro-sex' direction. Everywhere people with no education will have sex regardless, but if given condoms and a 'go ahead' attitude, it is an even higher risk.
I've read that the abortion rates are higher where sex education is lacking, in the US. The STD rates are also fairly high as well along with teen pregnancy rates.

"Go ahead" attitude meaning no one educated them prior to giving them condoms.
