  • The body uses vitamin “d” to destroy viruses. The flu is predominant in the winter because blood levels of vitamin d plummet due to no UVB light. Most symptoms can be eliminated within a couple of hours or less. The cofactors magnesium, boron, and zinc are also very important and can be obtained from leafy greens, nuts, and seeds.
