Southbound across the Forth Road Bridge in very high easterly winds in the twin-deck car transporter with 2 cars onboard. Playing safe by running alongside another truck for shelter.

  • That means you came from Perth :)

  • @StevenS5722

Nope! Came from Dunfermline - far enough to drive on a day like that! Used to go to Perth a lot though - Motor Mile - Dunkeld Road. Loved it up there.

  • and how pissed off did the drivers get behind you as you were going 50mph in the overtaking lane? cunt

  • @mcewen11

Really sorry if I've upset you - it honestly wasn't intentional. For the record, the speed limit that day on the bridge was 40mph and nobody was doing much over 35. The normal speed limit is 50mph and not many break that limit anyway.

Just checked out your channel - disappointed - nothing to see.

  • This is why they make mandatory closures. Drivers are not able to assess the danger for themselves. If either of these two trucks had of flipped the bridge would have been closed for hours....
