How To Make Pavlova... by a 9-year old!!

Best looking Pavlova created by this little mad scientist! Check out the bloopers. :) Pavlova INGREDIENTS are:

Ingredients for the Meringue:
6 egg whites
1 1/2 cups caster sugar
1 teaspoon natural vanilla essence
1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar

Ingredients for the topping
300ml fresh cream
1 tablespoon icing sugar for optional sweetness
1 punnet of strawberries, green cored out
2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1/2 punnet of blueberries

Serves 6 - 8

All measurements are Australian standard metric
(Look up Google for a conversion chart if using Imperial)

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 1/2 hours

What's funny is he makes it look so easy.

I'll bet if I tried that I would make a mess and I'm 38 years old, still it gives hope, maybe I can teach my 7 year old to cook, that<s would make life easier lol, it is amazing how talented some kids are though.
