all of you people sound a little crazy over here. First of all we are all very familiar with the first amendment, but what you all do not know, is that the blogger posted defamatory things on this blog, those things where not highlighted by the press (as to not defame me again) and of course they were not as titillating as the names you all have so cleverly high lighted. So without all of the facts, you guys are arguing a mute point. So calling some one a name as an opinion is not defamation.
