Iriminage is called Kokyunage in some styles. I train in the Ki Fed of Great Britian and our syllabus lists Iriminage as Kokyunage. Iriminage is another throw entirely - I know that this isn't classically how Ueshiba taught it (he clearly demonstrates it as Iriminage in his teachings). See "Aikido and the Dynamic Sphere" for the discrepancies between Ueshiba's base and Tohei's derivative.

Let me thank you for your comment I was simply taught this way and posted it on the internet similarly under this title. If you look at the other videos I posted you will see a laundry list of comments regarding "syntax" errors in my titling abilities. All in all though I look at it as semantics and still hope for people to post a comment regarding criticism over the application of the techniques in the videos. thanks for the comment again

hakama was also used becuase the gi is was considered "underwear" and O Sensei would never train anyone in their underwear. some dojos require all women to wear hakama; in others you earn the right to wear hakama when you get to a certain kyu level.
