Whats the best excercise to do first with havin sciatica? The reason im askin is because i was sittin on the couch 2 nights ago and i started havin pain in my left upper buttocks. And i googled and this is what i came up with.

Great information and videos.
I have a bump or mouse on my right SI joint area (lower right side of back, an inch or two above waistline. Any suggestions for this problem? I can get my left side to release and pop but have not been able to get my right side to release.

I can't do this, I get a sharp pain straight down my leg as soon as I lift my affected leg over my knee let Lone trying to pull it up for the stretch

I've got an artificial hip, and I'm not supposed to let the leg attached to that hip cross the midline. That's the side with the pain. Do you have any exercises / stretches I can safely do?

even putting my right (bad) foot over my left knee, I feel intense sharp shooting pain. Should I push thru it?
