MISTRIAL. You do have to worry about it, because it was a hung jury, so the prosecution can retry it.

Ummm, yeah, atually you're not entitled to a trial by jury. The numerous supreme court cases of the states and the US have upheld that right to trial by jury for "petty" offenses is not offered under the constitution. . . Look it up.
