Niko is in possession of the ultimate weapons :) BANG BANG BOOM!
This video is of a modified pistol , shotgun, and comet.
To easily edit your weapons in GTA IV download this program - http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/tools/1827
Make sure you make backups of any of the files you will be editing with this program, so that you can restore GTA IV to it's default state!
I edited the weaponinfo.xml file (make a backup copy) with the following values
for the Desert Eagle , I changed :
Data Damage Type - EXPLOSIVE
Target Range - 1000.0
Weapon Range - 4500.0
Clip Size - 9999
Ammo Max - 999999
Damage Base - 3000
Physics Force - 2000.0
For Both Shotguns I changed :
Clip Size - 9999
Ammo Max - 999999
Physics Force - 5000.0
For some reason some of the effects didn't show up where Niko Shoots the back of the cop car and also when juggling the cop in mid air with the shot gun... :( Oh well I guess...

hey i have a problem with my deagle... when i fire it, it has the damage and the physic things that makes cars and people fly, but it just wont shoot explosives, only bullets :( plz do u know any solution? i replace fire type from bullets to EXPLOSIVE

@adamzoubi555 well in my experience , all that EXPLOSIVE does is make it so you can shoot a vehicle anywhere and it will start on fire. If you don't change it , the cars will not start on fire after one shot , no matter how high the damage is set.

@adamzoubi555 google GTA IV weapon editor , and download that , it makes editing the weapons really easy.. just copy the rocket launcher properties to your deagle or whatever gun you want , and voila , rockets shooting from your deagle
