Toyota Starlet GT / Glanza TD04 conversion guide - What you need and how to do it: Part 2 of 3

This is my TD04 setup on my Starlet GT, this guide will show you what parts you need to do it, information on them and a guide to how it alll goes together.

My setup is a TD04 using a RRFPR with Greedy FCD running 1 bar with a Toyosports TD04 manifold and Decat. Video is in three parts, the first explaining what mods you need and what they do, the 2nd vid shows what the mods look like and how they fit onto the car, and finally the 3rd is on any custom work you need to do to turbo and HKS.

This section shows all the mods that you need in order to get a TD04 running and i will explain what they do and what they look like

how has the toyo sports manifold held up? i herd the s/s ones crack but the mild steel versions are o.k?

@yb600whp yeah its working well, taking it out on track now next month at Japfest 2, been busy working on the car, still need to get an oil cooler fitted though before i go!! and manifold is working well so far :)

@yb600whp Car is going really well, no problems with the toyosports kit. Rollin roaded the bayboy at 201bhp the other day at 0.86bar so chuffed, it flys!

great videos mate, doing the same thing idea as you. where did u ge the alloy rad? do u know what the standard td04 boost is?

@yb600whp Hi, yes your right, there is alot of weight from the exhuast system and turbo hanging off the manifold. I havent had it done yet but you should get the decat pipe braced so you can screw it onto the engine block :)
