This is NOT circumcision. This is mutilation. Slicing off a girl's clitoris and sometimes parts of her vulva is an insane and evil practice. People MUST be educated about this horrid practice and it MUST stop.

@Yaarrr It the female Circumcision is do correctly and only the hood is removed then yes I agree its the same. The problem is they don't often do it properly, most are done at home my family members and often the whole clitoris is removed. so that is like cutting off the complete head of the penis. So there is a little difference, but I agree both are stupid and both should stop.

I my opinion, anyone who mutilates genitals, male or female, should be given a life sentence, if not killed.
