However, I agree with You it look like it here and I think she did lip-sync. Here in Sweden it was was almost required to lip-sync on television shows a few years ago. I guess it was a technical thing.

NOTE; This is an encoded video from VHS. It is not unusual that the sound will come a microsecond before or after. I assure You. I does not look bad on my VHS or DVD.

If you want me to ask her I will, after all ( not to brag ) as I've said in previous comments on other videos I am her 17 year old niece and I love my aunt Dolly very dearly and she will answer unto any question i have no matter how pearsonal or just as simple as how are you so I will ask her if you like if she was indeed lip syncing in this show then you will know for sure!
