  • Yes- your bolts will work. The base is slotted with different patterns to fit about any car, as long as they are 4 or 5-lugs.

  • How much do you heat the fenders

  • I heated them with the heat gun until they were fairly hot, but no so hot that they would burn my skin. I re-heated the edges while I was rolling the fenders in case they were cooling off to quickly.

  • im about to do this with my civic, but i also notice the wheel sometimes rubbing on the plastic inner of the arch... what can i do about this?

  • the inner well will sometimes tuck up enough to clear when you roll the lip. If it doesn't you can tuck a thin aluminum or plastic sheet into the fender lip, and press it outwards, forcing the inner well up and out for better clearance. Drill through the aluminum sheet and attach it to the inner well with short sheetmetal screws to hold it in place.

Alternatively, I have know guys who simply cut out the inner well.

  • Hey I need to do my fenders real soon but I am kind of hesitant because I have heard mixed reviews about the results on some cars.Did you experience any kind of dimpling or mishaping of the fender in any areas? Any parts of the fender you were a little unsatisfied with?

  • No- All went very well with mine. This tool has so much power you could crank it up and flare your fenders with it. Maybe someone was trying to do that?

  • where to get this tool at?

  • I use an angle grinder...same result......This product is for the lazy ppl

  • just cut them off this tool is over 300 bucks and takes about 20-30 min per fender a grinder 10 at the pawn shop cutting wheels 5 dollars and 3-5 min a fender for the same results :)

  • How long did it take you to do each fender?

  • Great informative video!

  • Since my car uses wheel bolts opposed to a stud and lug setup I'm assuming it would be safe to use my wheel bolts along with the included conical washers ?
