As a full-service energy management & sustainability consulting firm, Momentum Bay & GREEN POWER 4 TEXAS helped Jacob White Construction Company procure two 4 kW vertical axis wind turbines (VAWTs) from Urban Green Energy.

This onsite green power generation, along with rainwater catchment, an intensive green roof & other green building strategies, propelled Jacob White's headquarters to LEED Platinum certified status.

Jacob White's headquarters and two of their other buildings have achieved LEED Platinum certification (see http://www.HowToPlatinum.com).

This big picture & step-by-step "how-to" educational video teaches how onsite green energy complements other sustainable real estate strategies (like conservation, energy efficiency, healthy indoor & outdoor air quality, etc.) and how to install wind turbine systems from electronics, to the tower & foundation, and to the turbine.

Produced & directed by Mark Alan Robinson, MBA, LEED AP, CEM at Momentum Bay Associates LP (http://www.momentumbay.com), d.b.a., GREEN POWER 4 TEXAS (http://www.greenpowerbroker.com)
