@simonpure109 Man forget about Gaddafi, kill was killing his own people, campare them to rat what about a Tanzanian like me? his is going to campare me with rat poop. He never liked Tanzania after all. When we had war with Uganda, Gaddafi was on Idi Amin's side, a dictator just like hime. YES Brother benny,but is there a scientific approach to not plan on other people's money(dependancy syndrome)?.I was lucky enuf to sit at the MP's gallery,OMG at the speaker's gallery there were the donors aka ambassadors etc.question.what are they there really for.i'll let you know.they are there especially during the budget session,to police and witness the execution of their own wishes.

It all started with you Mr. mheshimiwa. None of you kept the nation's interest as the priority but personal!!! You know what I mean! You all became rich by doing what you're trying to preach right now and you all forgot to improve your people who elected you and of whom the majority are "POOR". SAD :-(
