@ElliotsThoughts :-p Just joking. For first a bike Specialized are a good start with their Rockhopper hardtails or Trek. Look to spend around £500 for an entry level hardtail with disk brakes.

Leave main car park on the forest drive towards the trails. On the right hand side of the road you'll see a big sign saying black trail.
