I was wandering if you could help me with a few questions?

I've been told a few times that partners on YouTube aren't aloud to use music in their videos.

I watch a lot of partners that have music in their videos

So...I'm kinda confused ^_^;

Why am I seeing partners with songs in their videos when they aren't aloud?

Does YouTube have a list to choose from?

@BeautifulPengu hi!! You can use it if it is royalty free stock music that you purchase the rights to use (like this song). Another way is if you own the song yourself. Other than that I don't think you are allowed to!
