If teachers smoke pot, which stays in their system for about 3 weeks, they will be more likely to sniff cocaine, which is out of their system for just 2-3 days...even less for those who are active and fit.

Well yes, basically a good percentage of teachers would be fired. Sure, some teachers may just smoke a joint on the weekend and still be great teachers, but let's not kid ourselves; there are plenty of teachers who use drugs. So what happens when some fail the test? Legalize weed and then test for the other more serious drugs.
