Near Perfect Replica of Mario Bros 3 with Gamemaker

A small gameplay demonstration from the last version. It still has a few glitches. You can download it at

The game has some speed issues but I'm currently fixing this. Anyway I usually run the speed at full speed but it seems that with my screen recorder running at the same time the game has gone a little slower at some places.

Sorry for the crappy framerate, I knew nothing about recording stuff back in the day. Anyway... no savestates were used, it's an home made game after all ;)

To let everybody knows, I have no idea why a few people get an unsuspected error. It never did with me so it's hard to say what does this. :/

The main part of **making** the game is all of the programming... It all seems VERY good.

Graphics and sounds are like... icing. There are some games that are all icing and little (if any) cake, but the variables, instances and scripts are really the more important part...... to an extent.
