Steve Balsamo might be Jezus, But Ted Neeley is God

Everyone is entitled to his own opinion of course but if you find this performance 'embarrassing', I'm sure you haven't seen many other people performing this song.

@wondrbear Its just a suggestion is not an obligation, but I recommend to listen him (Leo Jimenez) he is awesome, If you wanna listen his music you can search in youtube "Saratoga", "Stravaganzza" or "Leo/037" These are the name of some of their bands, He is a Spanish singer, but his voice is amazing, I swear you, you will not regret, this is his presentation of Leo Jimenez in the play Jesucristo Superstar, is just a segment of the song Gethsemane :D Enjoy it /e/xc0RxpB4ycg

This moves my heart!

@dougfresh68 Actually, yes... Lloyd Webber is KNOWN for stealing bits of pieces and putting them together for his own use. While I still love some of the things he's done, he truly does plagiarize. :(

Keeps a very good shape!

This particular tour came to Winnipeg (Manitoba, Canada) about 14 years ago. I was over the moon when I heard the news, because at that point in time nothing came to Winnipeg except snow. Then I found out how much the tickets were. Needless to say this is as close as I'm ever going to get to seeing JCS live. Even thinking about it now depresses the hell out of me. I cannot express my love for Ted and Carl and well, the whole (movie) cast.

i love the part where he doesn't even have the mic that close to his face but you can still hear how powerful and in tune his voice is!
when I hear Adagio for strings it always reminds me of this song....

@dougfresh68
No. The music for this song was written by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Adagio for Strings was written by Samuel Barber.

You're entitled to your own opinion of course but if you are gonna be rude to everyone who disagrees with you, I'll just start removing your comments altogether.
