record what you want to record, open the beat with audacity, then click on project and then click on import audio and import the freestyle..

Hee hee...there's another at about 2:24 or :25 :)

I've read this technique other places...but bloody 'ell I can't find a thing it works on :p Definitely hit and miss...Works best with distinctly popular songs, it seems.
