  • i used to use (or abuse, whatever) prescription drugs to de-stress. then i sort of googled yoga for no reason, found your vids, gave it a shot, it works, i dig it. thanks.

  • Thank you this sequence is quite challenging for me but really worth the effort because I know it will only get better. feels great after .. Love the voice but you could loose the soundtrack it is not needed.

  • i gotta admit tho - there are some moves in this vid that dont actually de-stress me at all but get my heart pumping a lil faster despite the long breaths..

  • For some reason when I do the downward dog split with my right leg is hurts the left side of my hips, but when I do the downward dog split with my left leg it feels good. Any advice?
