what do you recommand for the gettos in the bronx?

Seriously, the Bronx has some of the finest urban gardens on the planet, not to mention the famous New York Botanical Gardens. And even worse-off neighborhoods have area gardens that take over vacant lots; most feature colorful murals painted on the walls and lots of garden spaces with seating for people to just sit and talk.
