Ten minutes later or so, they all got onto the plane, and to Selena's surprise, Nick was on the same plane. She sure looked pissed of 'cause she knew that Nick was hitting on her sister, Miley.
Oh the plane, the twins were sitting together and Demi was sitting alone with Joe in her laps. He was pleased that they got him outta the cage. With one condition. She must keep him from peeing on the plane. Demi was looking out of the window, imagine the scene with her dad at home and he was mad 'cause she was gone. But she left him a note...That should be okay...She thought.
A small noise came from the seat next to her. She turned right to see the boy from earlier was sitting next to her.
" Hey, Nick, right?" She asked, giving him a small smile. Nick nodded and smiled too. that was when he notice the little black creature was lying on Demi's laps.
" Hey, You have a cat?" He asked.
" Yea, I call him Kitty or Chocolate. He's not like the other cats." She srughed.
" Why?"
" Well....He's.... I think he understands us." She smiled weakly and turned to Nick. At that moment she turned to him, their eyes met and she regconize that familiar color right away. Chocolate Brown.
" What's wrong?" Nick asked when he saw Demi frozen.
" hm...?" Demi was back to reality. " Umh...Nothing..." She said and turned to Joe, who was sleeping in her laps.
Joe eys slowly opened and he looked up to see a confused Demi staring at him. He stood up and he regconized a strange smell. After a few seconds of sniffing, he turned to Nick, who was smiling at him.
" Look, he's awake." Nick said and smiled big.
" Lil' bro!" Joe thought and he jumped over to Nick's laps.
" Looks like he likes you." Demi commented as Nick scratch joe's ears.
" May I as a question?" Demi asked while staring at joe in Nick's laps.
" yea?" Nick asked, his eyes were glued on Joe.
" Why did you hide?" Demi asked and looked up to see Nick was looking down, his hands were still petting Joe's head.
" Well, this is hard to believe but... I used to have a big brother, his name was Joe. And last month, he suddenly dissapeared and the weirdest thing is...My parents acted like they never had another son. I tried to convince them but they think that I was stress out, so they decided to move to Califonia...."
Joe stopped licking Nick's fingers and looked at him in shocked. He DID remember him.
" I said that I won't go anywhere, not until I find my brother. But my brother was so childish, So i thought he couldn't survive alone. I wouldn't leave him here alone. And thanks to your friend, I got caught and I have no idea where he is now..." Nick ended the story with a long sigh.
Demi looked down and muttered something like..."sorry".
" that's strange." She comented." I found this cat last moth too." She smiled weakly and pointed at Joe.
(Jenna's Part)
Nick looked at her, "really? huh... nice to know..."
Demi looked at Joe again, and smiled at him, then remembering something, "Hey uh.. Nick right?" She wanted to make sure she got his name correct
"Yeah?"
"I know this sounds kind of wierd.. but why do you think you and Kitty have the same shade of brown eyes...?" Joe's head shot up bewildered at her question, and looked at Nick, who of course, looked back at him with his eyebrows furrowed together in confusion. "I d-dunno... But this can't be a cat if it's eyes are brown you know... All cats have either black or green eyes"
Demi looked down again, "Yeah I sot of figured that from Sel and Miley.. They said the same.. But I just think it makes him special.." she reached over and scratched the top of Joe's head. Joe smiled. He was certainly loving the attention Demi was giving him, and hopefully she could figure it out..
A strange thing though... It was like a mystery could be solved...
Just by looking through cat eyes...
Nick was very confused too as he looked into Joe's eyes.
"You know.. its eyes look a little familiar..." He chuckled to himself. "I may be crazy, for thinking this, but I have a strange feeling that Joe is THE cat.."
Joe pounced on Nick's cest and licked his face excitely, he was shocked that Nick could figure it out..
Demi smiled cutely at Joe. Somehow, she had a strange feeling too.. "Tell me Nick, what was your brother Joe like?"
Nick replied to her, "Joe? Well, he was like a chick-magnet. His hair was black and short. I call it a Jo-awk." Demi giggled at the name of it, causing Joe to smile widely. Nick continued,"Joe always hung around with his friends and somehow he likes food.. I don't know how he can eat that much."

@cherrydao96 awww :( well i didnt mean now but later i think Nick will be helping.. i was thinking why wont Joe just like use his paw to write in the sand to tell her or type on a computer or something??
