Type in: Tim Wise White Priveledge (Clip) and listen to his slant on the subject. Whites became second in command after the ULTRA RICH. With generations of this ranking whites have been able to build strong communities, structure great schools in their towns to be challenging, and have diverse disciplines (engineers, doctors, lawyers, stock brokers) that mentor their young adults. Blacks are missing all of these elements, leaving them in limbo in spite of their drive for excellence.
