  • breathing and sensitivity training is important in a fight if you cant control your breath, relax and be aware that you could be hit then you will lose. I think sensitivity training is very important. the hardest punch can feel like a feather if you train in sensitivity enough.

  • Ha Ha! I know this guy! Cliff, you rule!

  • this is really effective however it is only useful when the combatant has been trained to notice such things, it would be useless in a brawl or fist fight, good technique tho.

  • Most useful instruction. Breathing is the key proponent to any martial art. Heck, its true for moving in general to do more with less effort.
