It seems you are not aware, buy Sony Ericsson has been making the touch screen P series since 2002. So, if there is anyone who copied, it has to be Apple!
This particular phone is only an evolution of the P series, a sort of successor to P1i, its curent model

As amitggn26 stated, Sony Ericsson has been making the P-series (with full touch screen and no front-face buttons) since 2002 (P800, P900, P910, P990, P1, W950, W960)
Also this phone has a slider with qwerty/2 and a back side with 5MP A/F camera with cover and also expandable memory slot.
Totally Iphone copy...
