my wife and I just hiked to the falls yesterday to do some winter steelheading. People just don't know how big it is until you are standing next to it. The video just doesn't do it justice. Looks like the river is fairly low there.

the Flow was at 1680 CFS. About average for August when we did it. And the video....we were really disappointed when we realized the white filter was off. The glare on the water makes it hard to see how intense the rapid is.
