  • This liar, I mean lawyer, is an idiotic boob! We will intellectualize ourselves into complete serfdom one of this days. Folks demand better, soon the hangman will come for us all and they will look very familiar, it will be the reflection we see in the mirror.

  • This lawyer is pathetic. Let such people LIVE in an HOA and watch as illegal fines are given for "speeding" without any evidence, the condo board threatens foreclosure for "tall bushes," flying the US flag, having red & OFF-white flowers when the bylaws call for red & WHITE flowers, etc. etc ad nauseam: there are several videos right on YouTube showing condo associations FORECLOSING on people for having hedges that are too tall and other absured "offenses"

  • This lawyer is right: God forbid, what would have happened to the private goings-on at Auschwitz if the "business judgment" rule had been abandoned and Constitutional principles had existed and been forced on the poor Auschwitz leaders

  • Newsletters should be used to convey information that is beyond what should be in the minutes, but is important for members to know. Pleasant personal info might be nice for building spirit. Contents s/b determined by the board, but it should be objective and factual. It should not be a forum for debate, however, boards represent all members, so noting member concerns or results of surveys is not only reasonable, but accommodating...after all, members are paying for it.
