@ATZ789 I don't know if a data plan is needed, and Wirefly no longer sells this phone. Your best bet is to contact Verizon, which should be able to tell you if a data plan is required.

@TheeeeSickestKid Wirefly no longer sells the enV Touch, which is more than two years old. I don't know if it is sold anywhere else... possibly eBay.
